How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer service team at xee.classic@gmail.com to initiate the refund process. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase. Ship the item to the following address:

Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Shipping Costs
